On September 12 we proudly launched the Spinal Cord Research Hub (SCoRH) in Sydney, Australia to a packed room of international and local spinal cord researchers, people living with spinal cord injury, physicians, clinicians, colleagues in industry, as well as SRI supporters.
SCoRH is the first spinal cord research dedicated platform. Guest speakers, Bill Barrable, CEO, Rick Hansen Institute and Dr Giorgio Scivoletto, ISCoS-Chair of the Scientific Committee and Santa Lucia Foundation, spoke about the importance of the SCoRH platform in facilitating collaborative research.
The launch gave us an opportunity to thank the Hub Advisory Group and eResearch University of Melbourne for their work on the development of SCoRH. The project was also made possible through funding by the Ian Potter Foundation, the IOOF Foundation, Shine On Foundation and our generous donors.
Below are a selection of photos from the launch as well as a link to the short SCoRH animation. Thanks to all who attended and we hope to see you collaborating on SCoRH soon! Visit scorh.org today.
